Curb appeal and good looking yards are extremely important to attract home buyers. The more pleasant and comforting the better.

That's great! I hope that is keeps up. Most of the country is picking up or has even set volume records. Lower prices, good interest rates and pend up demand seem to be getting us going.

Your photo of the chandelier and beautiful windows is stunning. Amazing comparison to the top photo. Currently our MLS in Phoenix only allows 6 photos. I can't imagine that Sellers would want that 1st photo representing their home. As a Seller you should receive an email from your agent so you can see how your property is presented on the MLS for all the public to view. If you don't receive this...ask.

My challenge for the other readers of this post it to come up with a description for this photo that would entice someone to actually come and look at the home after seeing this image.
Here's mine:
The downstairs artists studio has a Jackson Pollock style wall mural, just dripping with inspiration.

Tony,
This is the nicest looking photo gallery display I have seen. Can you tell me which one you use? I don't see any branding on it.
PS-Sorry to leave this question in a comment but I couldn't find anywhere on the site to "Contact Tony" or similar. I run a real estate blog in Kitsap County and am constantly looking for ways to improve it. Your site looks great and that photo gallery really makes it stand out. Thanks in advance for any help you can give a fellow blogger.
